When I woke up one bright day, the Sun is bright, the birds' chipping are really very wonderful, the flowers are so beautiful and I'm enjoying the breeze. Suddenly, I received a message from my girlfriend saying that, "I WANT TO BREAK UP WITH YOU!!" At that point of time, my heart was broken and the Sun seems like sooo irriating making me so hot, the birds are very noisy, how can the flowers be that ugly??

From the above secenrio, you can see "I" wake up in the morning and is in a good mood, suddenly "my" girlfriend messaged "me" and say, "I WANT TO BREAK UP WITH YOU!!" Immediately, "I" am very very angry and everything seems irritating to "me" after reading that messaged.

So this anology can give us see that a person who is from World of Heaven, immediately dropped to World of Hell after reading a message. So this simply telling us that, a person's emotion can change so easy like before leaving house, something unhappy happened or received some bothersome message but always must have the strong life condition to be at the tip-top condition because if I were to continue saying, my post will be boring. FD-Coaching Kick-Off meeting-
had FD-Coaching kick-off meeting in the morning. went to TBSC for morning gongyo and I didnt focus in my chanting. Went to SYC after morning gongyo and was very hungry but I've decided to jian3 fei2 and just ate an bun which ky had bought.

Prepared everything and ready to go up to Prayer Hall. I felt that we are dots lo, we are like asking the Sunflower group to leave. Well, thanks to them and we can have this meeting been carried on. (:

Lazy to update all and just summarize. The whole thing was quite a success and a breakthough for us as we've new students joining us plus plus plus, my game station which the first group played, I made a fool of myself. Well, coachers men2, JIAYOU for our new students!! ^^
